미국 뉴저지 글래스보로에 있는 로완대학교(Rowan University) 특수교육과 교수이자 대학원 학장이며 연구 담당 부총장이다. Kuder 박사는 보스턴대학교에서 응용언어심리학 분야의 박사학위를 받았다. 그의 연구 관심 영역은 장애 아동의 언어와 문식성 기술을 고양시키기 위한 효율적인 실제를 개발하는 것이다. 그는 미국말언어청각협회(American Speech Language Hearing Association) 및 미국특수교육협회(Council for Exceptional Children)의 회원이며, 미국지적장애협회(American Association on Intellectual Disabilities)의 특별회원이다.
