저자소개

도날드 E. 밀러 (지은이) 정보 더보기

1972년 남가주대학(University of Southern California) 종교학과에서 석사학위를 받았고, 1975년 동대학에서 사회윤리로 박사학위를 받았다. 이후 동대학 종교학과에서 교수로 재직하며 주로 종교사회학을 가르치고 있다. 현재 수많은 연구 츠로젝트를 동시에 진행 중인 종교시민문화연구소의 소장을 맡고 있다. 종교를 사회과학적으로 연구하는 학자들의 국제적인 모임인 종교사회학회의 회장을 역임하기도 했다. 저서로는 [왜 그들의 교회는 성장하는가?: 새 천년의 교회 패러다임] 등이 있다.
