2012년 현재 월 그린(Wall Green)의 공급망 책임 부사장으로 재직하고 있으며, 2011년까지 오피스맥스의 공급망 책임 부사장을 역임했다. 월풀, GM, 페더럴-모굴(Federal- Mogul), EDS 및 언스트 앤드 영(Ernst & Young) 등에서 공급망 관리 담당으로 근무했다. ≪하버드 비즈니스 리뷰≫를 통해 2007년 9월 “당신이 공급망에서 가장 취약한 연결고리인가?(Are You the Weakest Link in Your Supply Chain?)”와 2004년 10월 “공급망 전환의 선도(Leading a Supply Chain Turnaround)” 등 공급망 관련 기사를 기고했다. 1984년에 미시건 주립대학교에서 공학학사 학위를 취득했다.
