미주리대학교 박사학위 미래정책연구센터 소장이자 명지대학교 정치외교학과 전임교수로 재직 중이다. 그는 또한 국회와 연계된 한국의회발전연구회의 원장을 맡고 있다. 그의 연구 관심사는 선거 과정, 정당, 입법 행위, 민주주의 이론이다. Ph.D., University of Missouri-Columbia Jongbin Yoon is a director of Center for Future Policy Studies(http://cfps.co.kr) & a full professor in the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy at Myongji University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He is also a President of Korea Legislative Studies Institute affiliated with Korean National Assembly(http://www.assembly.re.kr/). His research interests are electoral process, political parties, legislative behavior and theories of democracy.
