이용식 (지은이) 정보 더보기

서울대학교 국악과와 동 대학원을 졸업했고, University of Hawaii에서 박사학위(음악인류학 전공)를 받았다. 전남대학교 국악학과 교수로 재직 중이며, 캐나다 University of Toronto 초빙교수, 중국 溫州大學 초빙교수를 역임했다. 현재 음악인류학연구소 연구실장, 한국민요학회 회장, 한국국악학회 부이사장, 아시아태평양음악인류학회(Asia-Pacific Society for Ethnomusicology) 부대표 등으로 활동 중이다. 주요 저역서로『Kut: Salvation with Singing and Dancing』(2024),『음악인류학 이론』(2024),『신성한 소리: 공감을 부르는 종교 음악의 비밀』(2023),『음악인류학』(2018),『호남좌도농악의 역사와 이론』(2015), 『중앙아시아의 음악문화』(2014),『한국음악의 뿌리 팔도 굿음악』(2009),『민속, 문화, 그리고 음악』(2006),『황해도 굿의 음악인류학』(2005),『Shaman Ritual Music in Korea』(2004) 등이 있다.
