A: I agree that a training course on how to work in a team is very necessary for company employees. I have two reasons for my opinion.
First, it will make better achievements. For example, sometimes being a team player is even more important than being smart or skillful because most works are done by several people in group. So, they need to learn how to cooperate in a professional way.
Second, they should learn how to deal with issues or resolve conflicts while working with colleagues. Everyone has different ideas and background, and this situation often bothers people when making a final decision. So, they should learn how to be a team player from the training session.
