RDP는 FTA가 아니다. 1980년대 말 이후 수십 년 동안 이어온 막연한 불안감으로 RDP 체결 필요성 논란이 계속되고 있는 것은 안타깝다. 본 책은 28개 RDP 체결국의 협정서를 모두 분석하고 최선의 정책방향을 제시하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 막연한 불안감을 해소하고 대한민국이 세계 최고의 방산 선진국 꿈을 이루는 밑거름이 되어 줄 것으로 믿는다.
