스티븐 헬러 (지은이)    정보 더보기
33년간 〈뉴욕타임스〉의 아트 디렉터를 맡아온 미국 그래픽 디자인의 최고 권위자. 뉴욕 스쿨오브비주얼아트(SVA) 석사 과정 디자인 프로그램의 공동 학과장이면서 디자인 비평 석사 과정의 공동 설립자이기도 하다. 〈뉴욕타임스〉에 디자인 책의 리뷰를 쓰고 있으며, 디자인과 대중문화에 관한 170권이 넘는 저서를 집필했다. 1999년에 미국그래픽아트협회(AIGA)의 평생공로상을, 2011년에는 스미스소니언 전미 디자인상을 받았다. 이 책의 공동 저자 게일 앤더슨과 함께 〈아이디어가 고갈된 디자이너를 위한 책〉 시리즈의 《그래픽 디자인 편》 《로고 디자인 편》 《타이포그래피 편》 《일러스트레이션 편》을 썼다.
