1994년부터 리츠 업계에서만 26년간의 경력을 키워 왔습니다. 투자 은행(1994-1997)에서 근무했고, 주식 리서치 애널리스트(1997-2009)로 일했으며, 2011년부터 NYSE에 상장된 오피스 리츠인 Corporate Office Properties Trust(NYSE: OFC)에서 투자자 담당 부사장으로 재직 중입니다. 위스콘신대학교의 James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate(Applied REIT 프로그램)의 자문위원이자 덴버대학교(Denver University) Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management의 부동산학과 겸임교수를 맡고 있습니다. 「REIT Roadmap: An Insider’s Guide to Successful Investing in Real Estate Investment Trusts」(결혼 전 이름인 크루슨(Krewson)으로 2012년에 제2판 인쇄; 현재는 절판)와 「The Intelligent REIT Investor: How to Build Wealth With Real Estate Investment Trusts(Wiley, 2016)」를 출간했습니다.
