1979년 팀 개발과 수퍼비전센터(CSTD)를 공동 설립한 뒤 35년 넘게 수퍼비전과 수퍼바이저 교육을 하고 있다. 최근 10년 동안 팀과 조직을 위한 강점 탐구Appreciative Inquiry(AI) 적용에 관심을 집중하며, 그룹 수퍼비전을 즐긴다. 수퍼비전에서 영적 요소에 관한 작업과 집필 활동을 하고 있다. 저서로는 『Passionate Supervision』(2007), 『Supervision as Transformation』(2011), 『Clinical Supervision in the Medical Profession』(2012) 등이 있다.
