파키스탄 말라칸드 대학교(University of Malakand)의 교육학과 학과장이다. 말레이시아 기술대학교(Universiti Teknologi Malaysia)에서 교육 경영 및 교육 행정학 박사 학위를, 호주 가톨릭대학교(Australian Catholic University)에서 교육 리더십 석사 학위를 받았다. 그의 연구 결과는 국내외 저명한 학술지에 다수 게재되었다. 그는 대학원생을 대상으로 교육 관리, 연구, 교육학 과정을 가르치고 있다.
