아서 I. 밀러 (지은이)    정보 더보기
MIT에서 물리학 박사학위를 받고, 현재 런던대학에서 과학사 및 과학철학 교수로 재직하며, 과학기술연구소 소장을 맡고 있다. 미국 물리학회 특별 회원이자 국제과학사 학회 회원이기도 한 그는 저명한 과학 저술가로 활동하며 19~20세기 과학기술의 역사와 철학, 인지과학, 과학적 창의성, 예술과 과학의 관계 등을 주제로 한 주목할 만한 저작을 발표해 왔다. 저서로는 『아인슈타인, 피카소』(퓰리처상 후보작), 『천재성의 비밀』, 『과학 사상 속의 이미지』, 『아인슈타인의 특수 상대성 이론』, 『불확실성의 62년』(편저) 등 다수가 있다.
