CEBRA is about friendship above and beyond architecture and business. We, the founders, met when we were still in our teens. We could have collaborated on films or music. The important thing was working together - creating something great with our best friends. In the end, the choice fell on architecture. Our staff consists of an international group of 50 young and experienced architects, constructing architects, urban planners, landscape architects, communication and management staff who all share a strong passion for architecture. These CEBRAs are able to meet the staffing needs of the project at hand in terms of both quality and quantity. Many employees have been at CEBRA for a number of years, which gives the company the opportunity to work within a flexible structure that can adapt the project team according to varying workloads during the different project phases without affecting workflow continuity.
