The author received an education in Traditional Dietary Life Food at the Graduate School of Sookmyung Women's University and is now working as a Korean food specialist. Widely known for her own creative recipes, she takes great interests in developing easy Korean food recipes as well as food for healthy diets. She made an appearance in various Korean television cooking shows and is engaged in a food photo shoot for magazines while providing cooking classes at E-Mart, Homeplus, the Bundang Women's Center, the Samsung Culture Center and LG. The author currently lives in the Philippines and runs a Korean cooking class. Her interests include culinary tourism, recipe writing, and Korean food cooking classes for foreigners. 현재 숙명여대 한식 요리 강사로 활동 중이다. 특히 다양한 한식의 맛과 조리법을 활용한 강의를 진행하며 미식관광, 레서피 개발에 관심을 두고 있다.
