서울여자대학교 기초교육원 부교수 및 교수·학습센터 교수법 지원 전담교수다. 2004년부터 교수법 지원을 전담해 교수개발 업무를 수행 중이다. 한국교육컨설팅학회 총무이사이며, 대학교육개발전문가협의회장을 지냈다. 한양대학교에서 교육공학 학사, 석사, 박사 학위를 받았다. 디지털 미디어 리터러시, 교수개발, 소셜러닝 도구 등에 관심을 갖고 연구와 교육을 하고 있다. 저서로는 『소셜미디어와 교육』(공저, 2015)이 있다.
