저스틴 최(최재영)는 어린 소년이다. 그는 2007년 8월 14일 대한민국에서 태어났으며 2017년 현재 춘천 봄내초등학교 4학년에 재학 중이다. 저스틴은 상상력을 발휘하여 영어로 글쓰는 것을 좋아한다. 그는 2016년에 첫 번째 소설 <Elysian Dinosaurs>를 출판했다. 이것은 그의 두 번째 소설이다. 스케일 큰 두번째 소설은 긴 장문의 판타지 소설이다. 저스틴은 책을 쓰는 외교관이 되는 것이 꿈이다. 그리고 동시에 글로벌 사업가도 꿈꾸고 있다. 본인의 상상의 세계를 글, 그림, 음악 등 다양한 창작활동으로 표현하고 있다. 저스틴은 원하는 아무 때나 책을 쓸 것이다. 그의 멋진 상상의 세계는 계속되기 때문이다. The author is a young boy named Justin Choi. Justin Choi was born on August 14th, 2007 in South Korea. He is just 10 years old. He goes to Bom-nae Elementary school and is in the 4th grade. This book is the second book from Justin Choi. This story is bigger in scale, and longer. Justin's dream is to become a diplomat who writes books. He wants to become a successful businessman too. He promises to write anytime he wants.
