Tae-Yeol Kim(Ph.D., University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill) is Philips Chair in Management, CEIBS and serving the Department as Chair. Professor Kim is an Associate Editor at Human Relations. He has won many awards, such as 2017 Medal for Research Excellence, 2012 Research Excellence Award at CEIBS, and etc. His current research interests include creativity, leadership, proactivity, and person-environment fit. His papers have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Human Relations among others.
