정병준 (지은이)    정보 더보기
이화여자대학교 사학과 교수로 재직 중이다. 서울대학교 국사학과에서 한국 현대사를 전공했다. 『역사와 현실』 편집위원장, 이화사학연구소장, 한국문화연구원장, 국사편찬위원회 대한민국임시정부자료집 편찬위원, 대한민국임시정부기념관 건립자문위원 등을 지냈다. 한국 현대사 자료를 찾아 세계를 횡단하며, 새로운 자료에 기초한 새로운 이야기를 쓰는 데 긍지를 가지고 있다. 최근 몇 년간은 『김규식 평전』을 쓰고 있다. 여운형, 이승만, 김구, 김규식, 박헌영, 현앨리스, 염동진 등 한국 현대사의 인물들을 통해 시대와 역사를 긴 호흡으로 이해하려 노력하고 있다. 『몽양 여운형 평전』, 『우남 이승만 연구』, 『한국전쟁』, 『광복 직전 독립운동세력의 동향』, 『독도 1947』, 『현앨리스와 그의 시대』, 『샌프란시스코평화조약의 한반도 관련 조항과 한국정부의 대응』 등의 책을 썼으며, 50여 권의 한국 현대사 자료집을 기획・해제했다. 제47회 한국출판문화상 학술 부문 저술상(2006), 독도학술상(2010), 제36회 월봉저작상(2011), 제56회 한국출판문화상 학술 부문 저술상(2015) 등을 수상했다.
