함께 나아가고자 ‘더불어 아름다운 우리’라는 학습공동체를 이끌면서 선생님들의 다양한 수업 이야기 속에서 더불어 성장하고 발전하고자 노력하는 초등학교 선생님입니다. 학생을 사랑하는 마음으로 프로젝트 학습을 통해 학교가 행복한 공간이 될 수 있도록, 수업이 즐거운 시간이 될 수 있도록, 그리고 그 안에서 학생들이 스스로 행복을 맛볼 수 있도록 부단히 노력하고 개선하는 중입니다. 저서로는 「거꾸로 배움」 시리즈, 「학교가 행복한 우리 아이들」, 「프로젝트 학습 즐거움으로 배움을 요리하다」, 「즐거운 프로젝트 수업」 등이 있으며, ‘2018년 올해의 스승상’을 수상하였습니다. 프로젝트 학습으로 아이들에게 배움과 성장의 기회를 마련해주고, 그 안에서 아이들에게 자유로움을 제공하는 동시에 스스로 성장하고 발전할 수 있도록 기다려주고, 또 기다려주고, 더 기다려주는 아이들과 함께 성장하는 진정한 의미에서의 선생님이 되고자 합니다.
